• Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
• Other related hosting solutions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services at any time.

2. Payments and Refunds

• Payment Options: We offer both one-time and recurring (monthly) payment options. For enterprise clients, we provide yearly payment plans.
• Refund Policy: All payments are final unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement. Refunds are generally not provided, except in cases of billing errors or where legally required.

3. User Responsibilities

• Age Requirement: You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services.
• Account Usage: All users must use their own funds to purchase services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring that your use of the services complies with these Terms and applicable law.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we believe that you are violating any laws or engaging in illegal activities through the use of our services. Illegal activities include, but are not limited to:

• Hosting or distributing illegal content
• Engaging in cybercrime or hacking
• Violating any laws related to the use of digital services

5. Limitation of Liability

Nyxiality Hosting strives to provide reliable service; however, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure the stability and availability of our services, we cannot be held liable for any losses or damages due to outages, data loss, or other issues beyond our control.

6. Use of Intellectual Property

You are permitted to use Nyxiality Hosting's logo to promote our services, provided it is used in an appropriate manner (e.g., in a "Powered by Nyxiality Hosting" section on your site). You may not modify the logo or use it in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
